This villa is built on probably the best location on the Estate, and is the closest to the small private beach.So . . . what makes Lake Berkley so special? First, it is very close to all the attractions! Second, it is gated for privacy and security. And thirdly, it has excellent resort facilities, including a clubhouse, a communal swimming pool and whirlpool, tennis courts, volleyball, a picnic area with outdoor barbecues, a private beach, a nature trail, a jogging track, and great fishing from a pier. So here we have the most perfect resort and we believe our home is the best the resort has to offer.We were the first to purchase a home on Lake Berkley and so chose the best lot, south facing of course and naturally we lake views on the best of the three lakes. The properties south facing swimming pool, has an extended pool deck, a spa, and pool waterfalls all custom designed. The home offers 2 lounges, formal and informal dining areas, designer kitchen with filtered water and ice dispenser, fabulous games room with a pool table, air hockey, TV., DVD What more could you ask for? Well there is a little more each bedroom has cable TV and the family room TV has movie channels. Free telephone calls within the USA and Canada. There is free wifi connection so bring your own laptop. We have 3 double bedrooms 2 with king size beds and one with a queen size bed, 3 other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each 1 of these rooms have a single bed with the second single bed stored underneath so the rooms can be used for single or double occupancy. The last bedroom is great for a family as it has a double bed with a single bed over and it has it's own bathroom. Two of the children's bedrooms are themed with painted murals. Three of the bedrooms have en-suites.The resort also has a club house with Internet access, small store, fitness centre and games machines, there is also a licensed bar and live music most weekends. If you want to leave your car at the villa and stroll to one of the fine restaurants on the 192 the walk should only take about 15-20 minutes however we do not recommend this when it is very hot.Villa AmenitiesItinerary: Linens, towels, pots and pans, large assortment of dishes, cutlery, various cooking utensils, assortment of glasses, telephone, iron, ironing board, air conditioned, hair dryer, 9 TV's, DVD, VCR. Directions: FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:Follow signs for Highway 417 South (the Florida Greenway). Proceed along this road until you reach Exit 11, and exit onto Highway 1792 441, a.k.a. Orange Blossom Trail', travelling south.Continue on Orange Blossom Trial until you reach the junction with Highway 192. (Highway 192 is also known as Vine Street'.) Travel along the 192 west towards Disney. Along the 192 there are numerical points at every mile. Near to marker point14 (after passing Hoagland Rd) you will reach Wall mart Supermarket at a set of traffic lights.Go through the lights and after a few yards turn left between Wall mart andMedieval Times onto Oren Brown Road. From Oren Brown Road take the first road on the left (Roma Way).Lake Berkley subdivision is a short distance along on the right.Lake Berkley from Sanford Airport.From Sanford Airport take I4 also known as Interstate 4 going south.Then take exit 27 going South this is also known as 535Along the 535 look for the signs for 192 East and take this turn off.Turn Left down the 192 going East. And be ready to turn right. Look out for a large attraction called Medieval Times on your right with Wall Marts next door. Turn right down the road between them called Oren Brown Road.If you miss this turn don't worry you can cut through Wall Marts car park.After about 100 yards turn left down Roma Drive. Lake Berkley is at the bottom of this drive.To enter Lake Berkley the security person on the gate will need to see paperwork and identification.
