This is a large 5 bedroom home overlooking a small lake and woodland. From the rear of the property you can view Florida wild life so bring your binoculars. This home also has the benefit of a games room containing with pool table. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The master bedroom has a four poster bed. The home offers a large family room with patio doors leading to the swimming pool and lanai, There is a formal and informal dining area, a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dish washer, fridgefreezer, separate utility room with a washer and dryer, cable TV., and DVD. In addition for the convenience of our guests telephone calls within the USA or Canada are free. There is also free wifi so bring your own laptop. The resort has communal tennis, volley ball, basket ball and a children's play area. Close by, a few minutes drive from the villa, you will find good restaurants including the popular fast foods, supermarkets and other great shopping. Next door to the estate there is a golf course, and within a few minutes drive there is the world famous Champion Gate Golf course.The home backs onto a lake with 15 miles of woodland and conservation area beyond. From the villa you can enjoy views of Florida wild life including amazing birds, deer, and alligators! This is the perfect setting for relaxed Florida living and is just 12 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and close to all the other excitement that has made Central Florida the world's number one tourist attraction.
Directions: Although Westridge is close to the 192, you may find it easier on your first trip to stay on the I-4 to the US 27. On arrival at Westridge you enter California Blvd. Go to the bottom of this short road and turn left. You are now on Montana Avenue follow the road round to almost the end and you will find 946 on the left hand side.From Orlando Airport follow signs for the Beeline Expressway and follow this for about 1012 miles. This is a toll road but there are separate lanes where change will be given if you do not have the correct money.At the end of the Beeline you will come to Interstate 4 (I-4). Turn west here; it should be sign posted Disney and Tampa. Continue on this road passing the various Disney exits until you reach exit 55 at the junction with Highway 27. Take the exit marked Haines City, onto the US 27. As soon as you turn off you go in the opposite direction to Haines City. You should now be heading North on the US 27 and you should pass Burger King on your right and Wendy's on your left. Westridge is about 4 miles up the US 27 on the left hand side. If you turn the wrong way onto the US 27 there are plenty of gaps in the central reservation to turn back. The entrance to Westridge is clearly marked with an entrance wall bearing the name Westridge. Alternatively you can stay on the 192 and turn left onto the US 27. (When approaching the end of the 192 make sure that you are in the left hand lane otherwise you will head towards Clermont. If you find you have made this mistake do not panic, stay on the 27 and just turn round onto the opposite carriageway when there is a gap in the central reservation.) The bend is very sharp so take care as there have been accidents in the past. Westridge is about 3.5 miles on the right hand side.From Sanford Airport Follow signs from the airport to Kissimmee, Walt Disney World and Toll Road 417, join toll road 417 heading West. (The majority of tollbooths do give change, however the last booth does not. Hence you will need to have about $10 in change).Follow the 417 heading towards Orlando International Airport. At the turning for the Airport (also posted Tiusville) stay on the 417 where the signs will now change to Tampa and Disney. At the end of the 417 you will come to Interstate 4 (I - 4). Turn west here, it should be sign posted Disney and Tampa. Continue on this road passing the various Disney exits until you reach exit 55 at the junction with Highway 27.Follow the directions given above.
